I was on   Chris Oatley's   website earlier today, when I cam across one of his many podcasts, that I thought was very interesting. The podcast   "Improve Your Art Before You Start" #55  where he talks about three different types of practices that any and all artists can use to improve their work.  Tips from Chris Oatley: 1. Get a "Real world study." 2. Always "Photo Reference."  3. "Sketchbook Studies."

  I was surfin' the web for an infographic or illustration that demonstrated a similar process that we use to create Digital Paint Portraits and I have found one! This process is similar because it's basically the same steps that we use but just in a different way.
